I'm now trying out a Balm "Keep me Cool Hot Flash, this cream is applied to the back of neck or the Soles of yr feet, now my feet could do with that. Keep trying don't give up. Highly recommended by a friend who's symptoms have major reduced. soon she will have full relief and cant wait
