I found this moisturiser to be perfect for a night time moisturizer. The aroma of the essential oils help to promote sleep and I wake up completely hydrated ! Could not recommend this product enough to people who love an intensely moisutirsing night cream /oil. If used very sparingly , I'm sure it would be a lovely day time moisturizer also .
